Public information shouldn't be this hard to find.
PHCivic started from a simple frustration I encountered: looking up emergency hotline numbers for cities within the Bicol Region, or even trying to find a correct and updated list of officials for my city. For which the answers are scattered across outdated government websites, Wikipedia, dead links, old Facebook posts, and online documents not publicly available.
PHCivic is a small, independently built directory of civic information for Philippine cities, starting with Tabaco City. Every hotline, official, and data on this site is and will always be tied to a source, independently verified and anyone can report it.
This is not a government project, and is not affiliated with any LGU.
